Return Policy

What is the Return Policy for Posters?

  • Return Window: You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition for Returns: Posters must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact. Please include the bill copy as well.
  • How to Return:
    • Send the product back via a cost-effective courier service or registered post.
    • You will need to cover the return shipping charges.
  • Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
    • The refund will be credited to your original payment method, minus the original shipping charges.

Note:

  • Products bought during special offers or promotions are not eligible for return.
  • Customized posters and surprise designs cannot be returned or refunded due to their personalized nature.

  • Eligibility: Replacement is only available for products that are:

    2. Defective.
    3. Damaged during shipping.
