What is the Return Policy for Posters?
- Return Window: You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Condition for Returns: Posters must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact. Please include the bill copy as well.
- How to Return:
- Send the product back via a cost-effective courier service or registered post.
- You will need to cover the return shipping charges.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method, minus the original shipping charges.
Note:
- Products bought during special offers or promotions are not eligible for return.
- Customized posters and surprise designs cannot be returned or refunded due to their personalized nature.
What is the Replacement Policy for Posters?
- Eligibility: Replacement is only available for products that are:
- Delivered incorrectly.
- Defective.
- Damaged during shipping.
